Assuming the first pic is the actual car, and not more images from Google, it doesn't look like a ZHP. Plus, it seems to be at a curber, and not for sale by owner. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.

Classic Baltimoron.

I really love seeing the poorly modified cars that the Baltimore community has for sale. When it comes to a BMW they get the 7ers for cheap because they need maintenance...but they don't do any of it, instead putting big, ugly chrome wheels on and wondering why it breaks down all the time.
