Anyone have any clue how to fix this? The bumper tabs are not holding it for some reason.

Have you taken the cover (bumper) off? The white brackets could need replacing or there may be other internal damage. See Joop's DIY.

Yeah I took out the rear bumper and installed this new one. The other side is flushed and good except this side. Can you link me up?
