Are the mirrors for the E46 Sedan mirrors the same P/Ns with the the E39 Sedan?

I am specifically locating to replace the mirrors for the E39 to the MIrror Glas Unheated Wide Angle-511637 with P/N 51168250441 with price of $53.89 a set.

E39 and E46 non-M share the same part numbers for the mirror glass.
