I am selling my car guys. I love it, but I have other things that I need to do for my kids which are more important (Braces and College) so this has to go. I will now be driving an Altima......NOOOOO!
Here is the ad......BY the way I lowered the price based on a few factors. I'll go $6500.

my '05 coupe has 224K.... and it runs as well as my sedan with 108K! it's all about maintenance.
shad's car should go fairly quickly at that price, with the mods/maintenance he's done.

Just depends. I have seriously thought about returning it to stock and pulling the catch can and headers off it. If I do, I will let you know. Honestly, I'd rather someone who appreciates the mods buy it as it sits. But who knows. I don't really want to sell it, on top of that the one interested buyer was also a member of e46f and they have been bashing me about the car over there. I am quite put off at the moment about the whole thing.

Thank you! I drove a few e46's the past few days while fixing them, both with less than 130k miles and neither were half as tight as mine, or as nice on the inside, or ran as good. BTW, I have attached my maintenance log. And yes, I have gotten lazy as time went on so some stuff isn't listed.

I thought you were going to say "and I skipped some important maintenance." Glad to see I was wrong ! GLWS.

What I meant to say is I was lazy and haven't written some things in the log. I.e. just last saturday it got a brake fluid exchange and new zimmerman cross drilled rotors up front. Also brand new pads all around. And a new 3.46 diff with only 120k miles on it along with new Diff seals and a new output flange and rear diff bushing.
Also have new tie rods sitting next to me (not installed yet) and was going to order new CABS. Should a potential buyer want me to do those things before sale, I will.

Need cash. Two in college, 1 needs braces, wife has some serious ear pain that no doctor can seem to isolate. The proceeds will go to pay for those things and get caught up on other bills. 1 man, 1 income, 4 kids, 1 wife = BROKE!
Altima is free, dad just put a new engine in it, and at 125k miles, just got its first set of rear brake pads. I can drive it without thinking about maintenance.
One day, should the kids get out of college, I will own another ZHP. A coupe this time. AW with black alcantara!

This is a very clean ZHP. Would it need a rebuild soon because of the mileage?

Rarely does an engine NEED a rebuild. The only time I personally have heard of this being necessary is when an engine is abused or money shifted.

Agree. Mine has never been money shifted or mis-treated. Back when my cats were clogged and I was chasing my lost power my compression test showed 172psi on all cylinders with less than 1% variation. Leakdown test likewise confirmed a solid bottom end. Have to realize, this car has seen a LOT of miles cruising the interstate from the previous owner (a friend of mine). As such, the clutch and engine don't act their age. I would bet $100 that I could cover the mileage up and let people drive my car and not a one of them would guess it has even close to the actual mileage it does. Driven cars with half the miles that weren't near as good.

Charlie's M3 is the PERFECT example of this. Nobody would guess it has over 150k miles, both in appearance and in the way it drives.

I can attest to this with my 225k. People I drive around in my car have no idea. Engine, tranny, body, the important stuff is bulletproof. The rest is cheap maintenance.
