I am looking for OEM or higher quality look-alikes that will fit a sedan 04 330i. I missed the one that was on sale here for $80 unfortunately. Thanks!

OEM LED tail lights for the sedan do not exist. Your only options are depo (which blow) and eagle eye (pretty decent quality for aftermarket).
BMW only made LED tails for the coupés. Coupe LED tails will not fit the sedan.

From what I have read the Eagle Eyes seem to have a good rep. I personally would just get sedan euro taillights.

Well, those came standard with coupes, for those of you who got given two extra doors did not get led tail lights , the best thing you could get are eagle eyes.http://www.khoalty.com/bmw-e46-led-tail-lights-eagleeye.html

Are these plug and play without the crazy blinker on crack issue? $185 isn't too bad for the kit.

It says it's a direct retrofit without having to replace the LCM

Eagle eye LED tails are plug and play. No resistors needed.
As for OE LED tail lights in coupés, only coupés produced from 3/2003 and later had them. All coupés did not have them.

I'd also like to point out that my nexus keyboard has decided to make coupés autocorrect to the fancy version. I'm not trying to sound like a snob.
