One of the best sounds I like is me closing my ZHP door and starting up the engine. It gets even better with the whirring of the gears as the top goes down, and I engine revs echo as I back out of my garage. :biggrin

Evan - that video makes me think back to when I first got into F1. Those years almost make current F1 cars look slow. Crazy stuff

Well I'd like this thread to be more about the auditory experience of driving, and less about the visual off you guys agree?

Those V10s had a sound that is certainly lost in motorsport today. Progress is good, but the nostalgia of a naturally aspirated f1 car will always remain.
