Have the inspections been done on time? Fluids, valve adjustments, etc? Has the vanos hub been fixed? Subframe have cracks or been addressed with either epoxy fix or tms/reddish Motorsport plates welded in?

Don't get me wrong it seems like a good deal/nice car, but the miles aren't low and a knowledgable buyer is going to be looking at these things.

We still both own BMW's. As of now, my cousin still owns the E46 M3, and I own a ZHP and a 1 series. Pip, your questions are valid. The car runs well and I'm not aware of any difficulty with the subframe or valve adjustments. If you are interested or know someone that is they can inspect/drive the vehicle themselves. They can also respond to him via his info on craigslist.
