Wrecked and repaired, although they didn't really do their homework :(
I did run the VIN through the decoder and it does come back as an actual performance packaged car.

Quite sad...

VIN in registry?

Was non shadowline B-pillar trim an option? Why would someone change it?

Not a ZHP, pre facelift

Look closer. It started life as a ZHP, then probably got into a front end collision, and apparently was repaired by Dr. Frankenstein

Can only see the pic in this thread, but all molding is wrong, even rear view mirror surround and rocker panels. This is a 325 with an mtech 2 bumper and knock off wheels. Anyone think maybe the stated vin is wrong and that's the issue? Much easier excuse than I try to prove it the other way.0

It has too many details right. ZHP cluster, cube trim, and alcantara seats. The build date is also likely right because that is definitely an ms45 car (new style SAP and 5 pin MAF... Though it has the old style washer tank, likely pulled from the donor vehicle for the fenders and doors)

OK, was able to see pics in Autotrader, it's likely a ZHP. Has HK stereo and full ZHP interior so it's not a 325. Just tired of seeing posers with 325s and bumpers acting like they have ZHPs. Probably worth about 5k, if that

bingo. the doors were swapped as well, that explains the matte door trim...

either way, a very non-original car and with the pre-facelift front end (which, in my opinion, is unfortunate). not worth nearly what a ZHP would sell for in original condition. i'd put it at $6K.

i'd be curious to hear the backstory.

I wouldn't really call this a sad ZHP.....more like poor ZHP :(

Wow, poor car. Who the hell does such a shitty repair job. Should be parted out and the VIN destroyed.

Yep the VIN comes back as a ZHP. I checked before I posted the thread. I haven't been on here a lot so I didn't know this car was posted before.

It is definately a ZHP. Although it was wrecked and rebuilt using used parts from a prefacelifted car, creating this monstrosity.

Oh BTW the VIN is in the registry, but it doesn't show anything about the car being salvaged. Maybe that should also become part of the registry information as well.
