Thoughts on this fender pull method?? (DIY link inside)

Found this on Bimmerpost, would love to know what others think. It sounds potentially sketchy, and also potentially catastrophic, but then again, I have faith that it can be done... If you've done this, lemme know. Or, other methods for a good pull, I'm all ears!

Why not just use a roller? Doesn't the mafia have one we lend around? Seems safer, and the same result would be achieved.

Yeah Dane is sending the roller to me now.... Going to use that first and see how far I can go with it. Then have to go to more extreme measures... Was just wondering of anyone has seen this method in action. As for tools, I don't think there an actual "pulling" tool...

There is no actual pulling tool. The roller is used to pull the fender after the lip has been rolled.

But the method posted seems sketchy but can be done.
