The background pics lead me to believe the guy's a firefighter. In at least two of the pics, it looks like the car's in a fire station with a fire truck next to it.
One has the words "----land Fire Department" on some sort of sign or wall, etc.

Sucks to be going through a divorce.

Since the car is on Tampa Craig's list I would guess its in the lakeland area.
