Where do they find these cars w/ no mileage on them?

I'd be worried to buy something that's not been driven. Especially with all the rubber that's possibly dried and cracked and ready to fail once used hard.

"Climate-controlled garage..."
I wonder if that means a garage that's literally climate-controlled like Tony Stark's warehouse of a garage.....or just EAG trying to make your everyday two-car house garage sound elegant.

Same place we do ... on the intertubes!

This one was first on the market at a dealer in OH and was up on Autotrader, someone here started a thread on it then (actually, this is at least the 3rd thread on this car, 2nd at E.A.G.), though it only lasted a couple of days there before E.A.G. bought it.

It keeps going up for sale but never gets driven?

My garage is 'climate controlled'.... i.e. air conditioned... It does help though.

If I ever decide to sell my car these key elements will be in ad:

1. All highway miles.
2. Never seen snow.
3. Never seen rain.
4. Air has actually never touched it as I hermetically sealed it and kept it in my garage.
5. It actually was never driven.
6. My ass never touched the seat, as I levitate when I drive.
7. My hands never touched the steering wheel or controls, as the ZHP knew my every thought.

A repeat visitor. That means they only drove this car from a garage to EAG a couple of times.

Technically air conditioning does dehumidify...

Less miles than my 15 day old 2014 GMC Sierra which will pass 800 miles on my way home tonight.

I've read many times that "BMWs do not 'sit well'." As much as I love the idea of owning an incredibly low-mileage car, I think I'd be more comfortable with a lower~ish mileage car that has had consistent maintenance - at least annual oil changes.

I completely agree. I would rather buy a well maintained "higher" mileage car than one that hasn't been driven at all.

^Okay, let me shoot the myth, sorry to be a spoiler. Bought my wife's '04 ZHP vert in Jan 2011 with 8966 miles, the car was put into service in Sept 2004. During that 6 yrs & 4 months time, it was a garage queen, still had original non-dry rotted tires, the battery was the only thing changed other than one oil change by the dealer at 3 years & 5600 miles. I drove it the 3 miles from where I found it to my house, unbeknownst to me a mouse had made a nest in the cooling duct to the alternator, as I drove it home the alternator injested this nest and fried the alternator. I thought the low voltage battery light was just because it hadn't been driven, threw the battery on a charger overnight and drove it the next day which was all under just battery power so fried that too. Installed a new battery & alternator which the PO insisted on splitting the cost with me (FTW), changed all fluids on the car, and she gave us nearly 3 years & over 40 K miles of absolutely problem free/maintenance free ownership. I did change the brakes for S&D plus ceramic pads but it didn't need those, I did it to reduce dust. Nothing else but tires & mods, we will miss that ZHP.

As long as they have been taken care of I am game for any ZHP :)

The thing that gets me is the stratospheric price and it's an auto trans. Does anyone remember what the original owner priced it at?

That's Dane's clever way of saying he's never selling his ZHP.
