ZHPs came with black trimmed headlights and corners. In most cases, when a ZHP has silver trimmed headlights/corners, that's a sign of a front end accident.

So ... I'll add these things, and this was only my 2nd test drive of a ZHP, so keep that in mind:

Engine seemed stong. It wanted to run. I'm afraid the salesman didn't enjoy the test drive as much as I did ...

Brakes, at least compared to the '06 'vert I previously drove, seemed very mushy. That ZHP seemed to beg you to wear your seat belt, because of how aggressive it wanted to stop.

Steering felt sharp, noticeably more than the 'vert.

All in all, with a reasonable private party, with a chance at a 3pi and a reasonably clean report, I might have walked away with this ZHP.

But screw Carmax and a 17k ask ...

Oh, and I totally understand why so many people remove the center armrest. It's not just the height, it's the height and the length, it completely screws with any sort of natural, let alone, aggressive shifting ...

Heh. I wish I had taken MOAR pictures of the '06 Imola 'vert that Carmax is trying to sell in SoCal right now. If you think this one has cosmetic imperfections ...
