I few people have asked for car pictures. Unfortunately I don't have any good ones handy. So I thought I'd share some video
Here is a video of my buddy's ZHP at COTA last year. The video was shot from my E36 M3. Both cars are bone stock except for track pads. Chet is a better driver than me but both of us have a similar skill level. As you will see the ZHP and E36 M3 are very evenly matched cars. My M3 has more front end grip (square tire setup) and the LSD makes a big difference coming out of the slower turns. That allowed me to accelerate better and have more speed at the end of the long straights.
We enjoy running together and doing a lead/follow exercises. On other tracks the cars are almost dead even but at COTA the M3 will leave the ZHP if I didn't ease up on the long straights.

If you are interested I also have a hot lap of a buddy in his GT3 RS. It makes the BMWs seem really slow. He is about 25 secs faster per lap and would have been the 3rd fastest club racers that weekend.

We're going back to COTA in March.
