Going clear. Sorry, amber army. :rofl

Must be OEM only. Not interested in aftermarkets. Must be in good condition.

Shoot me your offers. I can pay cash (PayPal), or if you some E46 parts, we can arrange a trade. Up to you.

:roundel

EDIT: MiniD (Connor) has offered to give me his OEM side markers. I now only need front corners.

Turner has them on sale this month (10% off) if you can't find anybody here selling them. Same place I got mine a few years back.

Forgot to mention, I already have the rears. That's why I need it in pieces. Do they sell the fronts and sides separately?

Yes they do sell the fronts and sides. I was going to purchase mine from there while the sale is still going on.

Traitor!

Amber Army All The Way!

Seriously, I'm sure it will look sharp. Going with stealth bulbs?

+1. Love my ambers. Although, every time I see a car with RCR tails, I consider the swap.

Not sure what bulbs I'll be going with. I kinda like the egg-yolk look.

MiniD is sending me OEM sides for the cost of shipping. :) Thanks!

Now all I need are corners.

I JUST put these in 10 minutes ago: http://www.powerbulbs.com/us/product/philips-silver-vision-py21w-581-indicator-bulbs

I had to file down one of the tabs since its an offset style tab and not the 180 style the bulb carrier needs, but it took like a minute for each side. They are very bright orange when lit, and when off you can't even see them.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll see what I end up going with later.

You can buy a new set of Genuine clear front turns from ECS. I think it's like $90 or so.

EDIT: Uh oh, the individual part numbers for just the left or just the right turn signal lights are NLA from ECS... perhaps you can order them from BMW.
They don't appear to want to sell individually, only together L+R with the sidemarkers. That kit is like $130ish... :dunno

EDIT 2: Tischer has them for $42 per side. They can sell individually.
Here are the part #'s:

Right: 63137165850
Left: 63137165849

Thanks for hunting down that info, BP. I'll probably order them new this Friday.

I'll need to polish or clear coat the markers Connor is sending me. At this rate, I'll get a near new clear conversion for less than $260. I'm happy with that.

I would highly recommend these bulbs as well. I'm actually running the same 4 Philips Silvervisions I bought in 2003 for my old 325i. I've had 2 spare sets for years but have never had to open them as my originals won't die. Great product.

So, the bmwpartstore is being denied to sell me these lights. :( Anyone have a set of corners they want to sell before I go to a different vendor to buy them? Looking at Turner for $95 for the pair, or Tischer has them for $90 a pair.

Yeah, because they are not DOT approved. I'm not sure how other dealers do it.

From my understanding, BMW NA is not longer allowed to order European part numbers. If I remember correctly BMW NA saw failed European parts on US cars. I believe the legal department didn't want this problem so they ceased all outside market part numbers which includes european part numbers. The only way to get them is to get them through 3rd parties. I remember this when I tried to order clears in 2011 at work and was denied.

So Tischer won't get them for me, either?

Any BMW dealership should not be able to access these through the BMW channels.

Turner, ECS is your best bets.

I would just buy them from Turner motorsports.

Wow, they failed you even though they blinked amber? Or did they blink white?

If they blinked amber, that's a bit over the top, IMO.

Amber stock lenses have clear bulbs. I guess mine weren't stealth bulbs now that you mention it.
