Red roundels means former enthusiast of some sort. Possibly driven hard and beat on. Of course also means possibly taken really well care of.

And I absolutely HATE when dealers put those stupid stickers on cars... Cheapens the hell out of them.

But the manual trans, and color combo are a big factor in value

Are you talking about the stickers with the dealer name ? I hate them too. Funny fact : for the longest time I thought they were paint, and so I didn't make any effort to remove them. Now, I know. :biggrin

I made the removal of the sticker a condition of the sale when I bought mine.

I believe he was referring to the triangle auto sales sticker. Nicki Weeds did an article in last month's roundel about how the only forgivable sticker is a cca sticker (her opinion). Lots of pushback in the comments posted in this month's edition. Entertaining nonetheless.
