So the guy didn't do squat under his ownership. I'd be wary, with an engine swap you gotta add at least $5k all said and done, unless you DIY. Not worth the trouble, unless priced significantly lower.
FWIW, a ~100k sedan with a blown head gasket was listed for $6k a month ago, I believe.
