Does anyone know this car? Orient BMW 330 ZHP sedan

Hi all,

Just sold my 97 M3/4/5 and may join the ZHP ranks. I found a ZHP and wanted to see if anyone may know of its history. 2004 Orient blue, grey leather, nav, 6 speed sedan. From the carax it lived in south Florida from 04 - 07 and then Atlanta after that.
