Spark Plugs and Fuel Injectors

May be a dumb question, but are there performance fuel injectors or are they all the same? If so, are they at all necessary and what are the best? I will be replacing the spark plugs and fuel injectors in the car this next week or the week following and want to be sure I'm putting the best in.

I've read that the NGK BKR6EQUP are good plugs (better than Pulsar Iridium Pulse Plug BE-1 or Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug FGR7DQP?), but am not sure if there are any injectors people recommend - or if there are any choices for that matter.

AFAIK, Injectors are rated by their psi. The only time I've seen upgraded injectors used on an E46 is with a turbo or SC.

Advance doesn't carry NGK BKR6EQUP from what I have seen. I will check again.
