Yah, somebody else linked to this ad about 2 weeks ago.

It's legit. This car sat on a no-name used car lot for at least 3 years - I drove by it every day on the commute to work.

Anything major wrong with it?

No sure? When I said 'it's legit' I was referring to the mileage, as it sat on that car lot of years. The asking price was thru the roof so it went untouched, and I don't know how well it was advertised as the lot selling it was a hole-in-the-wall joint that has since gone under. This place that has it listed now is different, but I'm pretty sure it's the same car - it's the exact same specs & mileage.

Could be a gem. The price is way more reasonable now.

I think the combination of the high asking price, being an automatic, and silver-on-grey combo is the reason for the car sitting so long. The color combo isn't a sough-after combo (a lot of grey there) and the demand for an auto in a sport car like that is less than a manual.

For someone who doesn't mind all the light coloring all around and wants an auto, this would be a smoking deal if they were willing to negotiate on the price considering the non-selling points the car has. If this was a rare/desired color combo and a 6speed, EAG would've snatched this one up already. Perhaps they already tried with this one but found a very good reason not to?

Yeah, there's always a reason...

Shoulda taken a pic after driving it one more mile! If anyone wants me to take a look I could, I live pretty close by but I do agree with BP - it's not really a sought after configuration.
