Does this seem legit to anyone? Guy selling shock/struts and springs for $500?

It is his first post... just smells fishy... If anyone has any intel as to who it is, and thinks it's legit, I may be buying suspension...

We have a few Bay Area members, but they say brand new in box. Not much to see unless he's being dishonest, in which case, PayPal has your back for a purchase as such.

He doesn't want to ship and wants to sell local... thought I may be able to paypal someone in the mafia, and then they could ship. And, I'm just trying to be extra careful. I'm not 100% comfortable with internet sales yet.
