Another trackday I signed up for. Exactly 6 days before the Black Friday trackday.. :X

That should be a blast. Thunderhill is one of my favorite places on earth! :)

Derek, what's your personal best lap time there? That is with proper turn 5 :)

By proper you mean "Cyclone"?

I've only driving Cyclone twice and rand a 2:15 or so about 1.5 years ago. Changes prior to that time: Cooling ducts, ARC8+star spec tires, M3 LSD, TSE3 exhaust, AFE intake.

If it is bypass, I ran a 2:11.

Yeah, the Cyclone. I don't have any other lap time reference since motorcycle track days never use bypass. I believe the best time I could manage on my former gixxer 750 was 1:53:82. That is with full-on Pirellli race tires and MR12 race fuel; putting down about 145hp at the wheel. Kit gear box with heat-treated internal. That thing was a rocket!

I don't think I'll be coming out though, I plan on ever taking my zhp to the track.

Majority of the faster cars are 2:05 and below. I hold out okay under 2:15 lol..hope to see better times this time around with the addition of the LSD.

Yah, you should improve your time no doubt. Perhaps you can record a few sessions with your gopro? :)

I plan to! Android's Harry Laptimer now longer has overlay, so I'm curious how to do this. Perhaps I'll borrow my brother's 5S to do it.
