Sweet. Seems like good daily-driver material... Although it seems a tiny bit expensive for the work it needs.

Yeah, I want it. I'm pretty sure I've seen this car in person too.

Mileage is a little on the high side so would need some maintenance but I think it would be a lovely addition. Just wanted to share in case someone was looking for a good daily. Hard to say how firm the price is though

E30 M3 prices have gone insane over the past few years. This is really low for today's market.

Yes and no... I'm not worried about dash cracking and other issues like that. It is priced appropriately considering he's not mentioning the $10-14k engine rebuild it likely needs

I was thinking the same JP. Isn't it advised every 100,000 mi or so on an S14 so as not to make the rebuild even more costly?

HAHA Purists beware!!
The S14 is a dog. It's a shame they couldn't fully develop the S50 before e30 production ended.

Even in Evo form it's still nothing special when compared to modern motors, but amazing for the day and price range it was in. Considering it was the final evolution of a late 50s engine design that originally was 1.5L and 75hp, that still amazes me.
Personally, the only S14 powered car I can see myself owning (aka spending too much money on) is a M2 - and that is not in reference to a likely 2 series M car that will come out in a few years

You're right.
It DOES need a S38 swap instead. More time appropriate. :biggrin
