I know automatics are harder to sell but no one has even been to look at the car yet. I've only had 2 calls about it and they were both out of town and decided against getting another car completely.

It's not the automatics fault, directly. The ZHP is a rare car, and for the most part, the people who look for them are often driving enthusiasts of some degree. The market for this car simply prefers manual. :(

This is a great chance to buy a last model year ZHP owned by a BMW technician. No expense has been spared and it's one of the nicest ZHPs I've seen in person. I cannot believe it hasn't sold. Even has a Performance intake!
