It seems like this group has a decent number of people that live (or have lived) in PA around York. I'm looking to move up to PA, and I have particular interest in some apartment complexes by York. Several of these apartment complexes appear to be built/owned by the same people so I was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience or knew anyone that lived in any of these places.
I'm wondering if these places are decent/terrible as some previous apartment complexes I have lived in have had things like paper thin walls/ceilings or terrible maintenance/landlords. One of my prior landlords decided to come "inspect" my apartment without warning several times and tried to evict me for having dirty dishes in the sink... I'm looking to avoid moving into a place with similar shenanigans. So I'm looking for anyone that can tell me about experiences with these places:
Camelot Arms
Governor's Palace
Coventry Apartments
Kings Arms
North Hills
Royal Court
South Hampton
Here's the website for the whole set of them: http://www.theapartmentgallery.com/pennsylvania.html# (http://www.theapartmentgallery.com/pennsylvania.html#)
I am particularly interested in these places as some come with garages... having my own garage would be sweeeeeeeeet.
