Tree/water damage. Group by and part out?? Though I'm sure most of the interior is roached.

Interesting, looks like some salvageable stuff is left on there.. Maybe the owner will decide to part it instead

Wonder how much water it took during Sandy? I'm betting a lot.

Would be curious if the owner was in Southampton or if that's just where it's being held. Southampton wouldn't have had any flooding. It's nowhere near the coast.

Maybe just the wind (tree) and rain?

where I'm at (NNJ) we hardly got any rain with sandy, if the car didn't get hit with the storm surge, then it may not have much water damage.

we did have trees down everywhere.

Maybe it's just real dirty?? Anyone nearby to check it out?

The ad mentions only the tree falling on it, maybe it was just barely totaled with the roof damage.

I wouldn't mind taking the Alcantara out of it

I'm figuring the tree blasted the back window/windshield out which then allowed all that rainwater in.

Still might be looking at some electrical gremlins and mold/mildew, but if there wasn't any salt water it might night be that bad.

Southampton is about 30 away from me. I'll see if I can get out there this week and take a look.

^ that would be great. If it's anything decent I might snatch it up
