i just want to know the primary difference between a regualr control arm from a 330i and the control arm from a zhp (front) thanks

No. You own a ZHP...in order to keep the driving feel and the awesome turn-in, M-Sport Control Arms are the way to go. Please tell me that you are driving a car you can afford to properly maintain. New Lemfoerder ZHP control arms are $400 with free shipping from OEMBimmerparts.com. There is no way you shouldn't be able to afford that.

It all depends on the state of your ball joints, which in turn is dependent on how you drive/how bad your roads are

Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but you should buy the ZHP arms. They handle better and last longer. I know you are tempted to buy the cheaper ones, but considering how long they last... buy the ZHP ones. For more owners, it's a once in an ownership job.

Completely off topic, I don't wanna search or start a new thread LoL. But do zhp's have different tie rods then regular 330's or e46's?

I asked my mechanic who's pretty informative when it comes to BMW's. Anyways he said there isn't a difference when it comes to tie rods.

I dont have a zhp but i had to replace mine around 80k miles. When i bought some Meyle HD haven't replaced them since. i have like 246k and they still good :D Worth investing on better ones.
