So I messed up pretty badly and hit a curb at work. It will need to be repainted, but do you guys think I will need to replace it? Or should any good body shop be able to sand out and lightly bondo the scuffs?

Honestly, I'm so mad at myself right now. But ish happens so what can ya do?
I may just take this opportunity to get the whole front clip redone. I'll have to see what the body shop says.
Thanks for the help guys

They can fill, sand, and repaint that. Is it scratched or cracked?

Yeah, as long as it isn't cracked, you can do some light filler and be done with it. Totally repairable.

I actually have a non-ZHP side skirt, Jet Black, that I'd sell you for a decent price. I'll tell you the story if you are interested.

Definetly not cracked, just heavily scuffed. Thanks for the input. I just wanted to know what I'm walking into when I go to the body shop.
You guys think it's worth painting just the one? My other side has alot of rock chips and I think one new one will look out of place...

You can have both repainted if cost is no object. I probably would do that.
+1 on it being fixable, as well, even though that's been established.

^Cost is a big factor right now, but I'm not paying for only one to be painted. It just wouldnt look right IMO.
And I just double checked, no cracks although I did break one of the clips that holds the skirt to the body. A whopping .99 cents each they are. I may buy a couple just incase anymore are damaged.
Anyone have any rough guesses as to how much $$?
Usually a rough price is $250 per panel but that price varies .

Just got back from the body shop. Its gonna be about $400 w/tax to repaint both side skirts... :crying
Now I just have to live with it for another two weeks until they can squeeze me in.

Seriously? I'll sell you mine for $50, and you pay shipping/handling. So, what's that, $75 max? It's Jet Black, only 18 months old. You didn't ask for it, but here's the story.
I trashed my passenger side side skirts/panel on one side, had a quality body shop to the work (replaced it). Almost 18 months later a friend looks at my car and says, "why do you have a non-zhp side skirt on your car"? 18th months and no one noticed! I go back to the shop, tell them the issue, and their paper work says they ordered the right one. They look at mine and can't really tell the diff, so I show them the other side. It's subtle, but different. The ZHP has flares but you have to really look at it a sec. So they replace it with a ZHP one FOR FREE. Now I have a std 330 side skirt that's virtually new. (Not absolutely perfect, but in excellent condition). I did have to pay for one, so the $50 will help off set that cost.

I would be interested, but I'm pretty sure M3 and 330 side skirts are different?
